Our experts will do basic troubleshooting with you to remotely resolve your service issue or diagnose the nature of your problem and recommend next steps. Sensors that require repair can be shipped to our factory for a quick turnaround. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) should be obtained prior to sending your instrument back to Process Sensors.

Our NIR Smart Sensors are fully modular with most components easily replaceable in the field within minutes. For ongoing support, Process Sensors offers service contracts which typically range from one to five years. Service contracts are tailored to each company's individual needs and can include training, preventative maintenance, calibration, and PLC/computer checks.
