The Guardian Web Profile Scanning Frame System consists of an MCT360 NIR Transmitter, industrial scanning frame with built-in position encoder, industrial PC and easy to operate software. Moisture, water based coatings, organic coatings and film thickness can be measured. These measurements are mapped across the web to provide a zoned web profile on paper, film, foil or metal. The Guardian Cross Direction Web Profile software package allows multiple profiles and alarms on a single display. The flat screen display size and enclosure can be specified for pedestal, wall or console mount. PSC supplies startup, calibration and validation services.
