MCT360 WP Analog Outputs Used For Control
The MCT360 WP measures moisture on-line and outputs a proportional 4-20 ma output to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to improve Quality Control, avoid press blow ups, and reduce any chance of fires. MCT 360s are mounted on incoming raw material, in the process, and on the end product to insure safe operation, and high quality product.

During the recent ICE Europe Show (International Converting Exhibit) Process Sensors GUARDIAN Web Profile System was recognized as a leader in the coveted “PRICE TO PERFORMANCE” Category. The Munich Exhibition allowed meetings with potential customers from all over the world. Approximately half the visitors to our booth are from Germany where the economy is robust. Other visitors came from as far away as China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, and Brazil. The overall reaction to the GUARDIAN Web Profile System and MCT360 Stand Alone Transmitter for moisture, coat weight, film thickness, and temperature was outstanding in appreciation of our price to performance value.
